Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

As a “by appointment only” studio, 

we give each client our undivided attention during their session.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedule requests. Your deposit can be applied to a future appointment (within 1 year of original appointment). 

If the cancellation/reschedule request is less than 48 hours 

prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. 

The cancellation policy may be waived under exceptional

circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events,

at our discretion.
